Forever in our Hearts

A million times we needed you,
A million times we cried,
If love alone would have saved you,
You would of never died.

In life we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still,
In our hearts you hold a place,
No one can ever fill.

A light from our household is gone,
A voice from our love is stilled,
A place in our vacant home,
Which never can be filled.
Some may think you are forgotten,
Though on earth you are no more,
But in our memory you are with us,
As you always were before.

It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you did not go alone,
A part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.

Your precious memories are for keepsakes,
with which we never part,
God has you safely in his keeping,
But we have you forever in our hearts

FAMILY CHAIN

We little knew that morning,
God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,

A poem i found today as we were missing you so much on this your 2nd Birthday.  I know your Great Grandma Sandy is holding you so tight and loving you enough for all of us... The chain will link again and we will all be together, but always leaving someone behind... Until all of our times come, we will hold you tightly in our hearts and in our memories.  We miss you so much ~~~~~

I just wanted to say that your tribute to your beautiful Madison really touched my heart and soul. I go to so many sites lighting candles to honor all our angels and keep their memories alive. So many people, even those closest to us do not understand that at no matter what week or day we lost these babies they are still our babies and that we love them from the time we get those 2 pink lines. I hope that you are healing, I don't know that we really ever heal, but it does get easier, I mean to deal with, We will never forget our children and I know God does not want us too, I have to beleive that He has some big plan for taking our babies home,and we will know once we are on the other side. Until then it's my pleasure to light candles in their honors. Your Madison is truly a blessing in your lives, in mine and definatly in heaven. I don't know if your christians but there is a verse that  love so I will share it with you as I have many others, ~Matthew 5:8~ Blessed are thosewhose hearts are pure for they shall see God

It is no surprise that she honors her child in the manner she was revered by her parents. In a world where we often feel powerless when a loss is experienced, we can get behind Joey and press our legislators to acknowledge what we already know--a soul has an identity, and will provide and receive love eternally. dear little madison, i lost my baby girl 8 days before you went to heaven on the 12/20/06. like your mummy and myself we will ask everyday why god took you away from us?and why he didnt give to beautiful little babies a chance to cry, breath, a chance to open their eyes and look at their mummy's and hopefully one day we will know and i hope god has a really really good reason!! because ur mummy and myself would do anything in this world to bring you back to us here with your familys were u belong and were you were wanted most...
the pain is so hard, your mummy needs your strengh and love as i need my Kayla's strengh and love to get us through every single day, the hardest is when we see other happy mums with their new little babies because thats what we were ment to be doing.

now i ask you to look after my baby girl and ill ask her to look after you and hoping u are the best of friends and doing all your angel dudies together!!! take care little one!!
